Calls upon United Nations organizations and other relevant organizations and forums, in accordance with the outcomes of the World Summit, to periodically review and modify the methodologies for information and communications technology indicators, taking into account different levels of development and national circumstances, and therefore:

36 - يهيب بمنظمات الأمم المتحدة وغيرها من المنظمات والمنتديات المعنية أن تستعرض دوريا وتعدل المنهجيات الموضوعة لمؤشرات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، وفقا لنتائج القمة العالمية، مع مراعاة مختلف مستويات التنمية والظروف الوطنية؛

(d) Calls upon United Nations organizations and other relevant organizations and forums to study the implications of the current world economic situation on information and communications technology deployment, in particular connectivity through broadband, and its economic sustainability;
(د) يهيب بمنظمات الأمم المتحدة وغيرها من المنظمات والمنتديات المعنية دراسة الآثار المترتبة على الحالة الاقتصادية الراهنة في العالم في نشر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، وبخاصة التواصل باستخدام تقنية الاتصال السريع، واستدامتها اقتصاديا؛

(b) Calls upon United Nations organizations and other relevant organizations and forums to study the implications of the current world economic situation on information and communications technology deployment, particularly information and communications technology connectivity through broadband, and its economic sustainability;
(ب) يهيب بمنظمات الأمم المتحدة وغيرها من المنظمات والمنتديات المعنية دراسة الآثار المترتبة على الحالة الاقتصادية الراهنة في العالم في نشر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، وبخاصة التواصل عبر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات من خلال تقنية الاتصال السريع، واستدامتها اقتصاديا؛

This document should be understood as a basis for the CRIC at its seventh session (CRIC 7) to provide further input in order for the COP 9 to make a final decision on the reporting guidelines for United Nations organizations and other IGOs.
وينبغي أن تُفهم هذه الوثيقة بوصفها أساساً تستند إليه لجنة استعراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية لدى انعقاد دورتها السابعة في تقديم مزيدٍ من الإسهامات في هذا الصدد، كي يتَّخذ مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته التاسعة قراراً نهائياً بشأن المبادئ التوجيهية للإبلاغ الخاصة بمنظمات الأمم المتحدة وغيرها من المنظمات الحكومية الدولية.
