(b) The setting up of a new international negotiations mechanism which will better safeguard the national interests of developing countries in general and particularly those of OIC Member States;
(ب) وضع آليات جديدة للمفاوضات الدولية يكون هدفها المحافظة على المصالح القومية للدول النامية بصفة عامة والدول الأعضاء بمنظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي بصفة خاصة؛

It was also observed that the concerns that initially prompted the proposal now contained in the OIC text had been accommodated in paragraph 4, common to both proposals.
ولوحظ أيضا أن المخاوف التي حدت بمنظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي إلى تقديم المقترح الوارد الآن في نصها قد أخذت في الاعتبار في الفقرة 4، المماثلة في كلا المقترحين.

28. For the improvement of the process of political consultations and decision-making process in the OIC we invite Member States to consider the issue of establishing permanent missions of the Member States to the OIC Headquarters.
28 - من أجل تحسين عملية المشاورات السياسية وآليات اتخاذ القرار في منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي، ندعو الدول الأعضاء للنظر في مسألة إقامة بعثات دائمة للدول الأعضاء بمنظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي لدى مقر المنظمة.

9. Denounces media campaigns and fabrications made by some quarters in non-Member States regarding the treatment of non-Muslim minorities and communities in the OIC Member States under the slogan of religious freedoms and so on.
9 - يستنكر الحملات الإعلامية والافتراءات التي تدعيها بعض الأوساط في دول غير أعضاء بشأن سوء معاملة الجماعات والمجتمعات غير المسلمة في الدول الأعضاء بمنظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي تحت مسميات الحريات الدينية وغيرها؛

Reaffirming the need to preserve international peace and security in general and within the OIC Member States in particular;

18. The Meeting took note of the initiatives of some Member States to create new entities, pertaining to inter-Islamic cooperation, which are related to the OIC.
18 - وأحاط الاجتماع علما بمبادرات بعض الدول الأعضاء الخاصة بإنشاء كيانات جديدة للتعاون بين الدول الإسلامية ذات صلة بمنظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي.

3- Any state party may present a request to amend this Covenant through a written notice; the amendment will only enter into force with the approval of two-thirds of the OIC Member States.

Taking into account the statements by the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of OIC Member States and the Secretary General on the review and development of work mechanisms in the Organization of the Islamic Conference in an effort to achieve efficiency, rationalize work in the OIC, reorganize its administrations, and improve the level of its performance:
