Co-Chairs invited Uganda to inform the States Parties the status of national efforts to review the National Policy on Disability and the Ugandan Persons with Disabilities Act and make the necessary modifications in order to guarantee the rights of persons with disabilities including mine survivors in accordance with the standards set by the Convention on the Rights of Persons of Disabilities.
