12. At each meeting, different agencies of national Government, as well as representatives of provincial Governments, reported on their activities as they related to specific articles of the Convention.

In the balance of the comment, the Committee might wish to reflect on whether " positive aspects " and " principal subjects of concern " should be consistently structured to follow the order of the articles of the Convention or at least the broad subjects addressed in the Convention and decide whether specific articles of the Convention should be cited in the text of this part of the comment.

At its tenth session, under the agenda item entitled “Implementation of article 21 of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women”, the Committee decided to provide opportunities for specialists from the specialized agencies and other United Nations bodies to present to it in plenary information related to specific articles of the Convention or issues being considered for general recommendations and suggestions.
