ولا يؤدِّي عدمُ الحصول على الموافقة في غضون الفترة المحددة في وثائق الالتماس إلى تمديد مدة سريان مفعول العروض المقدَّمة المحددة في تلك الوثائق أو مدة سريان مفعول ضمانة العطاء المطلوبة بمقتضى المادة 17 من هذا القانون، ما لم تمدَّد هذه المدة بموجب أحكام هذا القانون.

VI. Sequestered property belonging to persons covered by the amnesty granted under the terms of this Decree shall be returned to them.
سادساً/ تعاد إلى المشمولين بالعفو بموجب أحكام هذا القرار اﻷموال المحجوزة العائدة لهم.

4 - يُفتح حساب إضافي برصيد نقدي في إطار الخطة للمشترك السابق في الصندوق، ويقيد فيه كامل المبلغ الذي سدده صندوق المعاشات التقاعدية إلى الخطة بموجب أحكام هذا الاتفاق.

The Jordanian Civil Retirement Law has been amended to give the families of deceased officials or retirees the right to any pension, payment or compensation to which those officials or retirees were entitled under the provisions of this law.
هذا وقد عدد قانون التقاعد المدني اﻷردني أفراد عائلة الموظف أو المتقاعد المتوفي الذين لهم الحق في راتب التقاعد أو المكافأة أو التعويضات بموجب أحكام هذا القانون عددهم في المادة ١٣ وهم:

1. Financial institutions responsible for taking measures to prevent and combat money laundering under the provisions of this Decree include:

refuses or fails to comply with any notice issued to him under the provisions of this Act;
