10. The Secretary-General welcomes the removal of all declared chemical weapons from the territory of the Syrian Arab Republic, in accordance with its obligations under the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production, Stockpiling and Use of Chemical Weapons and on Their Destruction as well as under Security Council resolution 2118 (2013).
