ينتهي تلقائياً دور القيّم كمقدم خدمات إلى صندوق التكيف بموجب الأحكام والشروط بعد الدورة التاسعة لمؤتمر الأطراف/اجتماع الأطراف بثلاثة أشهر، إلا إذا وافق مؤتمر الأطراف/اجتماع الأطراف والقيّم على تمديد مدة خدمات القيّم بموجب الأحكام والشروط إلى ما بعد هذا الأجل وأكدا ذلك خطياً.

The CMP acknowledges that the Trustee may disclose information obtained by it in connection with its functions under the Terms and Conditions, if such disclosure is required or otherwise necessary in carrying out the services and activities set out herein, in accordance with the World Bank's policies and procedures.
6- يقر مؤتمر الأطراف/اجتماع الأطراف بأنه يجوز للقيِّم الإفصاح عن المعلومات التي يحصل عليها فيما يتصل بمهامه بموجب الأحكام والشروط إذا كان هذا الإفصاح مطلوباً أو لازماً بخلاف ذلك لتنفيذ الخدمات والأنشطة المحددة في هذه الوثيقة، وفقاً لسياسات البنك الدولي وإجراءاته.

In the absence of such consultation with and the agreement of the Trustee, the Trustee shall not be bound by any decision of the CMP or the Adaptation Fund Board, to the extent that such a decision relates to the functions of the Trustee performed or to be performed under the Terms and Conditions.

However, funds are drawn down to: (a) fund investments in assets that have been purchased or are being contracted for purchase; and (b) pay fees earned by the general partner or manager under the Terms and Conditions of the fund agreement.
