Arbitral associations having their own special procedures for fast track arbitrations do not necessarily agree to conduct such arbitrations under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, and may require use of their own rules.
ولما كان لهيئات التحكيم إجراءاتها الخاصة بها في التحكيم في المسار السريع، فليس بالضرورة أن توافق على إجراء التحكيم بموجب قواعد الأونسيترال للتحكيم، وربما تطلب استخدام قواعدها الخاصة بها.

The Digest would be extremely useful to practitioners and, by making texts more easily accessible to all, would promote arbitration under the UNCITRAL Rules as a preferred mode of resolving international commercial disputes.
