The Committee may provide the High Contracting Party or Parties concerned with guidance, advice or assistance regarding compliance with their obligations under this Convention or any of the Protocols by which they are bound.
8- للجنة أن تقدم التوجيه أو المشورة أو المساعدة إلى الطرف أو الأطراف السامية المتعاقدة فيما يتعلق بالتزاماتها بموجب هذه الاتفاقية أو أي من البروتوكولات الملحقة التي تلتزم بها.

(b) Only recovered, recycled, reclaimed or directly re-used for a use allowed to a Party under this Convention or for environmentally sound disposal pursuant to paragraph 3 (a);

Each Party shall ensure that mercury or mercury compounds from the supply sources identified in accordance with paragraphs 4 and 5 that are intended to be used for the purpose of a use allowed to the Party under this Convention or to be exported to another Party in accordance with paragraph 7 are stored in accordance with Article 12 before such use or export.]

(a) The amount (expressed in metric tons) of mercury, mercury compounds and stabilized mercury sold or transferred for a use allowed to the Party under this Convention or waste treatment, either within the territory of the Party concerned or to another Party or non-Party in accordance with the provisions of this Convention;
(أ) كمية (بالأطنان المترية) الزئبق ومركبات الزئبق والزئبق المثبت المباعة أو المنقولة لاستخدام مسموح به للطرف بموجب هذه الاتفاقية أو لمعالجة النفايات، إما على أراضي الطرف المعني أو لدى طرف آخر أو غير طرف وفقاً لأحكام هذه الاتفاقية؛

Not subjected to disposal operations that may lead to recovery, recycling, reclamation, direct reuse or alternative uses that are not permitted under this Convention or relevant international rules, standards and guidelines;
(ب) لا تخضع لعمليات التخلّص التي قد تؤدّي إلى الاستعادة أو إعادة التدوير أو الاستصلاح أو إعادة الاستخدام المباشر أو البديل التي لا يُسمح بها بموجب هذه الاتفاقية أو القواعد والمعايير والمبادئ التوجيهية الدولية ذات الصلة؛
