upon instructions from my Government and further to my letter dated 5 December 2013, I regret to inform you that the Republic of Turkey continues its provocative and unlawful actions in the Eastern Mediterranean towards the Republic of Cyprus through illegal seismic survey operations in Cyprus's territorial sea, exclusive economic zone and continental shelf.
بناءً على تعليمات من حكومتي وعطفاً على رسالتي المؤرخة 5 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2013، يؤسفني أن أبلغكم بأن جمهورية تركيا تواصل أعمالها الاستفزازية وغير القانونية إزاء جمهورية قبرص، في الجزء الشرقي من البحر الأبيض المتوسط، من خلال عمليات المسح الاهتزازي غير المشروعة في البحر الإقليمي لقبرص ومنطقتها الاقتصادية الخالصة وجرفها القاري.

upon instructions from my Government and further to my letter dated 11 April 2012 addressed to you (A/66/773-S/2012/217), I have the honour to draw your attention to ongoing violations of international air traffic regulations and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus by military aircraft of the Turkish Air Force, recorded from 1 to 31 March 2012, as follows:
