Ensure full compliance with all obligations assumed under the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights as well as under all other international human rights treaties to which it is a Party and revise domestic legislation that may still be incompatible with these obligations (Germany);
8- ضمان الامتثال الكلي لجميع الالتزامات المتعَهَد بها بموجب العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية، وكذلك بموجب غيرها من معاهدات حقوق الإنسان الدولية التي تعد شيلي طرفاً فيها، وتعديل التشريع المحلي الذي قد لا يزال يتنافى مع هذه الالتزامات (ألمانيا)؛

9. Recognizing that some rights may be realized only over a period of time due to resource constraints, some of the obligations of States assumed under the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights are defined by the concept of progressive realization.
