Consequently, the President proposed that the Bureau should accept the credentials of all the representatives mentioned in the memorandum of the Executive Secretary, on the understanding that formal credentials for the representatives referred to in paragraph 7 above would be communicated to the secretariat as soon as possible.
8- ولذلك اقترح الرئيس على المكتب قبول وثائق تفويض كافة الممثلين المذكورين في مذكرة الأمين التنفيذي على أن يكون مفهوماً أن تتم في أقرب وقت ممكن موافاة الأمانة بوثائق التفويض الرسمية للممثلين المشار إليهم في الفقرة 7 أعلاه.

The President proposed that the Bureau should accept the credentials of all the representatives mentioned in the memorandum of the Executive Secretary, on the understanding that formal credentials for the representatives referred to in paragraph 7 above would be communicated to the interim secretariat as soon as possible.

Regarding the formal credentials of representatives of other Member States participating in the fifty-fourth session that had not yet been received at the time of the Committee’s 1st meeting, the Legal Counsel stated that at a later stage the Secretary-General would report to the Committee on such credentials.
٧ - وفيما يتعلق بوثائق التفويض الرسمية لممثلي الدول اﻷعضاء اﻷخرى المشاركة في الدورة الرابعة والخمسين التي لم تكن وثائق تفويضها قد وردت بعد وقت انعقاد الجلسة اﻷولى للجنة، ذكر المستشار القانوني أن اﻷمين العام سيقدم تقريرا إلى اللجنة في مرحلة لاحقة بشأن وثائق التفويض تلك.

8- وأوصت الرئيسة اللجنة بقبول وثائق تفويض ممثلي جميع الدول المشار إليها في مذكرة أمانة المؤتمر، علماً بأنه ستتم موافاة أمانة المؤتمر في أقرب وقت ممكن بوثائق التفويض الرسمية لممثلي الدول المذكورة في الفقرة 6 من هذا التقرير.
