89. With regard to the documentation of the Commission, he wished to stress the importance of maintaining the current practice of preparing summary records to provide an accurate recording of the discussions in the Commission for future reference.
89 - وفيما يتصل بوثائق اللجنة أعرب عن رغبته في أن يؤكد على أهمية الحفاظ على الممارسة الراهنة بإعداد محاضر موجزة تقدِّم تسجيلاً دقيقاً للمناقشات التي تدور في اللجنة من أجل الرجوع لها مستقبلاً.

With regard to the documentation of the First Committee, I would like to draw the Committee's attention to document A/C.1/51/INF.1, which will be issued within a few days.
وفيما يتعلق بوثائق اللجنة اﻷولى، أود أن ألفت انتباه اللجنة إلى الوثيقة A/C.1/51/INF.1، التي ستصدر في غضون أيام قليلة.

The Assembly would also address organizational matters concerning the working methods of the Commission, the structure of the Commission's report and conference servicing issues, in the light of previous decisions made by the Assembly concerning the documentation and summary records of the Commission.

(د) طلبت إلى الأمين العام بحث خيارات لتيسير نشر حولية لجنة الأمم المتحدة للقانون التجاري الدولي في الوقت المناسب ومواصلة توفير المحاضر الموجزة لجلسات اللجنة المتصلة بصياغة النصوص الشارعة، مع مراعاة الخصائص المعيّنة لولاية اللجنة وعملها عند فرض حدود قصوى لعدد الصفحات فيما يتعلق بوثائق اللجنة.

281. The Committee recommends that the State party submit its eighth and ninth periodic reports, in a single document, due on 25 February 2010, taking into account the specific guidelines for Committee documents (CERD/C/2007/1), and that the report be an update document and address all points raised in the present concluding observations.
281- وتوصي اللجنة بأن تقدم الدولة الطرف تقريريها الدوريين الثامن والتاسع في وثيقة واحدة يحل موعد تقديمها في 25 شباط/فبراير 2010، آخذة في اعتبارها المبادئ التوجيهية الخاصة بوثائق اللجنة (CERD/C/2007/1)، على أن يكون التقرير وثيقةً تحديثية تتناول جميع النقاط التي أثيرت في هذه الملاحظات الختامية.

20. Also approves the conclusions reached by the International Law Commission in paragraphs 382 and 383 of its report, and reaffirms its previous decisions concerning the documentation and summary records of the Commission;
