Yemen responded to this mater by reaffirming its commitment to full compliance with the Convention and by informing the Standing Committee on the General Status and Operation of the Convention that Yemen will conduct a thorough investigation.
ورد اليمن على ذلك بالتأكيد مجدداً على التزامه بالامتثال الكامل لأحكام الاتفاقية، وبإبلاغ اللجنة الدائمة المعنية بوضع الاتفاقية وسير عملها بوجه عام بأنه سيجري تحقيقاً وافياً.

16. The Co-Chairs of the Standing Committee on the General Status and Operation of the Convention wrote to Yemen to recall that in 2012 the ICBL had brought to the States Parties' attention allegations concerning the emplacement of anti-personnel mines at the Ministry of Industry building in Sana'a in 2011.
16- ووجّه الرئيسان المشاركان للجنة الدائمة المعنية بوضع الاتفاقية وسير عملها بوجه عام رسالة إلى اليمن أشارا فيها إلى أن الحملة الدولية لحظر الألغام الأرضية وجَّهت عناية الدول الأطراف، في عام 2012، إلى ادعاءات تتعلق بوضع ألغام مضادة للأفراد في مبنى وزارة الصناعة في صنعاء في عام 2011.

At the 25 May 2012 meeting of the Standing Committee on the General Status and Operation of the Convention, the Director of the ISU provided a written and oral report.
وفي اجتماع اللجنة الدائمة المعنية بوضع الاتفاقية وسير عملها بوجه عام الذي عقد في 25 أيار/مايو 2012، قدم مدير وحدة دعم التنفيذ تقريراً خطياً وشفهياً.

The Director of the ISU reported to the Coordinating Committee as well as to the May 2012 meeting of the Standing Committee on the General Status and Operation of the Convention on this additional funding and these additional activities.
وقدم مدير وحدة دعم التنفيذ تقريراً عن هذا التمويل الإضافي والأنشطة الأخرى إلى لجنة التنسيق وكذلك إلى اللجنة الدائمة المعنية بوضع الاتفاقية وسير عملها بوجه عام في اجتماعها في أيار/مايو 2012.

Pursuant to this decision and in keeping with established tradition, the Co-Chairs of the Standing Committee on the General Status and Operation of the Convention undertook the task of consulting with States Parties to identify a list of nominees to serve as new Co-Chairs following the 12MSP.

At the 25 May 2012 meeting of the Standing Committee on the General Status and Operation of the Convention, Eritrea indicated that it currently retained 101 mines, 30 of which were live.
وذكرت في تقريرها المقدم في 25 أيار/مايو 2012 إلى اللجنة الدائمة المعنية بوضع الاتفاقية وسير عملها بوجه عام أنها تحتفظ حالياً ب101 لغم منها 30 من الألغام الحية.

At the 21 May 2012 meeting of the Standing Committee on the General Status and Operation of the Convention, the Co-Chairs again reminded delegations of their written appeal.
وأثناء انعقاد اجتماع اللجنة الدائمة المعنية بوضع الاتفاقية وسير عملها بوجه عام في 21 أيار/مايو 2012، ذكّر الرئيسان المشاركان الوفود بندائهما الخطي.

2. To prepare for the Twelfth Meeting, in keeping with past practice, at the May 2012 meeting of the Standing Committee on the General Status and Operation of the Convention, a provisional agenda and provisional programme of work were presented.
2- وتحضيراً للاجتماع الثاني عشر، وعملاً بالممارسة المتبعة، قُدِّم جدول أعمال مؤقت وبرنامج عمل مؤقت إلى اللجنة الدائمة المعنية بوضع الاتفاقية وسير عملها بوجه عام في اجتماعها المعقود في أيار/مايو 2012.

34. The Co-Chairs of the Standing Committee on the General Status and Operation of the Convention wrote to Sudan to recall that in 2012 the International Campaign to Ban Landmines had brought to the States Parties' attention allegations of the use of anti-personnel mines in Sudan in 2011 and 2012.
34- ووجّه الرئيسان المتشاركان للجنة الدائمة المعنية بوضع الاتفاقية وسير عملها بوجه عام رسالة إلى السودان أشارا فيها إلى أنه، في عام 2012، وجهت الحملة الدولية لحظر الألغام الأرضية عناية الدول الأطراف إلى ادعاءات تتعلق باستخدام ألغام مضادة للأفراد في السودان في عامي 2011 و2012.

38. وفي اجتماع اللجنة الدائمة المعنية بوضع الاتفاقية وسير عملها بوجه عام الذي عقد في 30 أيار/مايو 2013، قدم مدير وحدة دعم التنفيذ تقريراً خطياً وشفهياً.

In a statement delivered on 30 May 2013 at the Standing Committee on the General Status and Operation of the Convention, Bhutan indicated that it retains 490 mines under Article 3.
وضحت بوتان في البيان الذي قدمته في 30 أيار/مايو 2013 إلى اللجنة الدائمة المعنية بوضع الاتفاقية وسير عملها بوجه عام أنها تحتفظ ب490 لغماً بموجب المادة 3 من الاتفاقية.

In a statement delivered during the Standing Committee on the General Status and Operation of the Convention on 25 May 2012, Cambodia indicated that the 1,118 mines retained by Cambodia under Article 3 are not live mines.
فادت كمبوديا في البيان الذي أدلت به في 25 أيار/مايو 2012 أمام اللجنة الدائمة المعنية بوضع الاتفاقية وسير عملها بوجه عام أن الألغام التي تحتفظ بها بموجب المادة 3 والبالغ عددها 118 1 لغماً ليست ألغاماً حية.
