In this connection, I should like to express my satisfaction, and convey the gratitude of one and all, to Ambassador Peggy Mason of Canada, Ambassador Wolfgang Hoffman of Germany and Ambassador Victor Batiouk of Ukraine, who with talent and determination have thrown themselves into the consultations that have in large part made it possible to find points of agreement.
