Article 2. Priority among security rights

In the case of a priority dispute among security rights made effective against third parties by means other than registration of a notice in the general security rights registry, States normally accord priority to the security right that is first made effective against third parties.
59- في حالة النـزاع على الأولوية بين الحقوق الضمانية التي تُجعل نافذة تجاه الأطراف الثالثة بوسائل غير تسجيل إشعار في سجل الحقوق الضمانية العام، تُعطى الدول الأولوية في العادة إلى أول حق ضماني يصبح نافذا تجاه الأطراف الثالثة.
