After an extended meeting on 11 February 2008 between the President of the Court and the agents of the parties, the International Court of Justice fixed 11 November 2008 as the time limit for the filing of the Colombian Counter-Memorial.
وبعد اجتماع عقد في 11 شباط/فبراير 2008 بين رئيس المحكمة وموكلي الطرفين، حددت محكمة العدل الدولية 11 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2008 آخر موعد لتقديم المذكرة الكولومبية المضادة.

1. The competence of the Tribunal shall be extended to the staff of the Registry of the International Court of Justice upon the exchange of letters between the President of the Court and the Secretary-General of the United Nations establishing the relevant conditions.

٣٠١ - وفي اجتماع بين رئيس المحكمة وممثلي الطرفين عقد في ١٤ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٤، أشار وكيل نيجيريا إلى أن حكومته ليس لديها اعتراض على اعتبار الطلب الاضافي تعديلا للطلب اﻷولي، كي يتسنى للمحكمة أن تتناول الكل كقضية واحدة.

131. The agreement between the International Court of Justice (ICJ), and the Government of the Netherlands, as recorded in the 1946 exchange of letters between the President of the Court and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands, governs the regime of privileges, immunities, facilities and prerogatives, within the territory of the Netherlands, of members of the Court, the Registrar and officials of the Court.
7 - ويحكم الاتفاق المعقود بين محكمة العدل الدولية وحكومة هولندا، كما هو مسجل في تبادل الرسائل عام 1946 بين رئيس المحكمة ووزير خارجية هولندا، نظام الامتيازات والحصانات والتسهيلات والصلاحيات الخاصة التي يتمتع بها أعضاء المحكمة وقلم المحكمة وموظفوها داخل إقليم هولندا.

By means of an exchange of letters between the President of the Court and the Secretary-General of the United Nations between 20 April and 10 June 2011, the Court has provisionally recognized the jurisdiction of the Appeals Tribunal to rule on applications by Registry staff members in circumstances similar to those in which it had previously recognized the jurisdiction of the Administrative Tribunal (failure of conciliation proceedings).
