10 - تأذن لمجلس الصندوق المشترك للمعاشات التقاعدية لموظفي الأمم المتحدة برفع السن العادية للتقاعد إلى 65 عاما للمشتركين الجدد في الصندوق ويسري ذلك في موعد أقصاه 1 كانون الثاني/يناير 2014، رهنا بقرار تتخذه الجمعية العامة لتحديد زيادة مقابلة في السن الإلزامية لإنهاء الخدمة؛

The Committee also notes that the Federal Constitution does not preclude the adjudication of disputes relating to personal and family laws in accordance with religious and customary laws (article 34(5)) and for that purpose authorizes the House of Peoples' Representatives and regional councils to establish or give official recognition to religious and customary courts (article 78(5)).
وتلاحظ اللجنة أيضاً أن الدستور الاتحادي لا يستبعد الفصل في المنازعات المتعلقة بالقوانين الشخصية وقانون الأسرة وفقاً للقوانين الدينية والعرفية (المادة 34 (5)) ولهذا الغرض تأذن لمجلس نوّاب الشعب والمجالس الإقليمية بإنشاء محاكم دينية وعرفية أو الاعتراف الرسمي بها (المادة 78 (5)).
