" 6. Governments and international organizations are urged to support efforts of developing countries in building capacity to eradicate poverty, improve living standards and achieve sustainable development, including environmental protection.
" 6- يُطلب بإلحاح من الحكومات والمنظمات الدولية مؤازرة الجهود التي تبذلها البلدان النامية في بناء القدرات لاستئصال الفقر، وتحسين مستويات المعيشة وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، بما في ذلك حماية البيئة.
