17. The Committee recommends that the State party provide protection for asylum-seeking and refugee children arriving in Japan who may have been recruited or used in hostilities abroad by taking, inter alia, the following measures:
17- وتوصي اللجنة بأن تقوم الدولة الطرف بتوفير الحماية للأطفال اللاجئين وطالبي اللجوء باليابان الذين سبق تجنيدهم أو استخدامهم في أعمال عدائية بالخارج عن طريق، في جملة أمور، اتخاذ التدابير التالية :

(a) Identifying, at the earliest possible opportunity, refugee and asylum-seeking children who may have been recruited or used in hostilities;

The Committee notes with concern that the State party does not provide an adequate followup strategy to asylumseeking and refugee children, including children who have been recruited or used in hostilities, who are returned to their home countries from Norway.

8. The Committee regrets that the State party does not collect data on the number of refugee children, accompanied or unaccompanied, nor on the number of these children present in the jurisdiction of the State party who have been recruited or used in hostilities.
8- تأسف اللجنة لعدم قيام الدولة الطرف بجمع بيانات عن عدد الأطفال اللاجئين، المصحوبين أو غير المصحوبين، ولا عن عدد هؤلاء الأطفال الخاضعين لولايتها الذين تم تجنيدهم أو استخدامهم في أعمال حربية.

(a) Identify at the earliest possible stage refugee, asylum-seeking and migrant children entering Costa Rica who may have been recruited or used in hostilities contrary to the Protocol;
(أ) أن تحدد في أقرب مرحلة ممكنة هوية الأطفال اللاجئين، وملتمسي اللجوء والمهاجرين الوافدين إلى كوستاريكا ممن يجوز أن يكون قد تم تجنيدهم أو استخدامهم في أعمال القتال خلافاً لما ينص عليه البروتوكول؛

When applicable, information on whether and how many children have been charged for war crimes committed while recruited or used in hostilities;

3. Demands the immediate demobilization and disarmament, reintegration and, where applicable, repatriation of all child soldiers, particularly girls, who have been recruited or used in armed conflicts in contravention of international law;
3- تطالب بالتسريح الفوري لجميع الأطفال الجنود، وخاصة الفتيات، الذين تم تجنيدهم أو استخدامهم في النـزاعات المسلحة بما يخالف القانون الدولي، وبنزع سلاحهم وإعادة إدماجهم، وإعادتهم إلى أوطانهم حيثما كان ذلك منطبقاً؛

The Committee urges the State party to develop a programme aimed at the identification, release, recovery and reintegration with their families of all children, including girls, who have been recruited or used in hostilities by non-State armed groups, and immediately ensure their effective and transparent demobilization.
41- وتحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على وضع برنامج يرمي إلى التعرف على جميع الأطفال، بمن فيهم الفتيات، الذين تم تجنيدهم أو استخدامهم في أعمال قتالية من قبل جماعات مسلحة من غير الدول، وإطلاق سراحهم، وتحقيق تعافيهم وإعادة إدماجهم مع أسرهم، والتأكد على الفور من تسريحهم الفعلي والشفاف.

Furthermore, the Committee recommends that the State party systematically collect data on refugee, asylum seeking and migrant children within its jurisdiction who may have been recruited or used in armed conflict and/or hostilities.

14. The Committee regrets the lack of information on measures taken to provide assistance to children who may have been recruited or used in armed conflicts abroad, and on measures taken for their physical and psychological recovery and social integration.
14- تأسف اللجنة إزاء الافتقار للمعلومات بشأن التدابير المتخذة لتقديم المساعدة إلى الأطفال الذين ربما تم تجنيدهم أو استخدامهم في النزاعات المسلحة في الخارج وبشأن التدابير المتخذة لتعافيهم البدني والنفسي وإعادة إدماجهم في المجتمع.

(b) The State party ensure that special and adequate attention is paid to children who have been recruited or used in hostilities when entering into negotiation and talks with illegal armed groups;
(ب) أن تكفل الدولة الطرف إيلاء الاهتمام بصورة خاصة وعلى نحو كافٍ للأطفال الذين جرى تجنيدهم أو استخدامهم في الأعمال العدائية لدى الدخول في مفاوضات أو مباحثات مع الجماعات المسلحة غير الشرعية؛

9. The Committee urges the State party to establish a central data system in order to identify and register all children present within its jurisdiction who have been recruited or used in hostilities, in order to identify root causes and put in place preventive measures.
9- وتحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على إنشاء نظام مركزي لجمع البيانات من أجل تحديد وتسجيل جميع الأطفال الخاضعين لولايتها الذين تم تجنيدهم أو استخدامهم في أعمال حربية ومعرفة الأسباب الجذرية لذلك واتخاذ تدابير وقائية.
