7. urges Member States to provide the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime with adequate financial resources to support the technical assistance activities mentioned in the present resolution;

4. urges Member States to consider implementing broadly based prevention and treatment programmes for young girls and women, taking into account all attendant circumstances, including clinical and social histories;

3. urges Member States to increase public awareness of drug-related risks, including the risks associated with illicit use of legally prescribed medications;
3- تحثّ الدول الأعضاء على أن تزيد من وعي الجمهور بالمخاطر المتصلة بالمخدرات، بما في ذلك المخاطر المرتبطة بالتناول غير المشروع للأدوية التي تصرف بوصفات طبية مشروعة؛

4. urges Member States to share, through bilateral, regional and international channels, relevant information on the licit import and export of ketamine and the abuse of and trafficking in ketamine, including patterns of such trafficking, in order to reduce the widespread abuse of the substance.

8. urges Member States to review their policies and strategies in the light of the rigorous and comprehensive thematic evaluation of alternative development recently carried out on behalf of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime confirming the urgent need to improve knowledge management and capacity-building;
8- تحثّ الدول الأعضاء على أن تعيد النظر في سياساتها واستراتيجياتها في ضوء التقييم المواضيعي الدقيق والشامل للتنمية البديلة الذي أُجري مؤخّرا نيابة عن مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدّرات والجريمة والذي يؤكّد الحاجة الماسّة إلى تحسين إدارة المعرفة وبناء القدرات؛

2. urges Member States to identify and firmly counter discrimination against drug users, while offering timely access to counselling, treatment and rehabilitation services that are directed at promoting health and social well-being among individuals, families and communities;
2- تحثّ الدول الأعضاء على أن تحدّد جوانب التمييز ضد متعاطي المخدّرات وتتصدّى لها بحزم، وأن تيسر لهم إمكانية الحصول، في الوقت المناسب، على خدمات مشورة وعلاج وإعادة تأهيل تهدف إلى تحسين الصحة وتعزيز الرفاه الاجتماعي لدى الأفراد والأُسر والمجتمعات المحلية؛

1. urges Member States to develop, with regard to their national situation, an updated policy for the prevention of use of illicit drugs, in particular among youth, on the basis of the best available national and international evidence and to ensure that new and innovative responses are evaluated, taking into account their national legislation;
1- تحثّ الدول الأعضاء على أن تضع، فيما يتعلق بوضعها الداخلي، سياسات محدَّثة للوقاية من تناول المخدرات غير المشروعة، لا سيما في صفوف الشباب، تستند إلى أفضل ما يتوفّر من أدلة وطنية ودولية، وعلى كفالة إجراء تقييم لتدابير التصدي الجديدة والمبتكرة، مع مراعاة تشريعاتها الوطنية؛

8. urges Member States to be aware that social exclusion contributes to drug abuse, poor health, possible negative behaviour and criminal activities and that it is important to attend to the basic well-being of individuals in need, respecting their human rights and dignity, in order to effectively reduce the use of illicit drugs;
8- تحثّ الدول الأعضاء على أن تدرك أن الإقصاء الاجتماعي يُسهم في تعاطي المخدرات واعتلال الصحة والسلوك السلبي المحتمل والأنشطة الإجرامية، وأن من الضروري الاهتمام بالرفاه الأساسي للأشخاص المحتاجين، ومراعاة حقوقهم وكرامتهم الإنسانية، وذلك من أجل خفض تناول المخدرات غير المشروعة خفضا فعّالا؛

5. urges Member States to inform the International Narcotics Control Board of any suspicious transactions involving opium poppy seeds and seizures of poppy seeds derived from illicitly cultivated opium poppy, consistent with their national laws and regulations;
5- تحثّ الدول الأعضاء على أن تُبلِغ الهيئة الدولية لمراقبة المخدرات بأي معاملات مريبة تتعلق ببذور خشخاش الأفيون وضبطيات بذور الخشخاش المستخرجة من خشخاش الأفيون المزروع بصفة غير مشروعة، بما يتّسق مع قوانينها ولوائحها الوطنية؛

5. urges Member States to end impunity for violence against women by investigating, prosecuting with due process and punishing all perpetrators, by ensuring that women have equal protection under the law and equal access to justice and by holding up to public scrutiny and countering those attitudes that foster, justify or tolerate any form of violence against women;
5 - تحثّ الدول الأعضاء على أن تضع حدا لإفلات مرتكبي أعمال العنف ضد المرأة من العقاب، وذلك بالتحقيق في هذه الأعمال ومقاضاة جميع مرتكبيها حسب الأصول المرعية ومعاقبتهم، وكفالة تمتع المرأة بحماية متساوية بموجب القانون وفرصة متساوية للجوء إلى القضاء، وبأن توجّه عيون الرقابة العامة إلى المواقف التي تؤجّج أي شكل من أشكال العنف ضد المرأة أو تبرّره أو تتغاضى عنه، وأن تكافحَ تلك المواقف؛
