Also urges the Government of Cambodia to take concrete action to combat child prostitution and trafficking and, in this connection, to work with the office in Cambodia of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, the United Nations Children's Fund and non—governmental organizations to develop an action plan;

3. urges the Government of Cambodia to improve further the health conditions of children and their access to education, to provide and promote free and accessible birth registration and to establish an effective juvenile justice system that is consistent with international human rights standards, and invites the international community to continue to assist the Government to this end;
3 - تحث حكومة كمبوديا على مواصلة تحسين أحوال الطفل الصحية وحصوله على التعليم، وتوفير وتعزيز مجانية تسجيل الولادات وتيسيره، وإنشاء نظام فعال للعدالة يتعلق بالأحداث يتوافق مع المعايير الدولية لحقوق الإنسان، وتدعو المجتمع الدولي إلى مواصلة مساعدة الحكومة لبلوغ هذه الغاية؛

16. urges the Government of Cambodia to combat discrimination in all its manifestations against ethnic minorities and to protect their rights, as well as to meet its obligations as a party to the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, inter alia by seeking technical assistance;
16- تحث حكومة كمبوديا على مكافحة التمييز، بجميع مظاهره، ضد الأقليات الإثنية وعلى حماية حقوق هذه الأقليات، فضلاً عن الوفاء بالتزاماتها كطرف في الاتفاقية الدولية للقضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز العنصري وذلك بجملة وسائل منها التماس المساعدة التقنية؛

5. urges the Government of Cambodia to continue to take the necessary measures to develop an independent, impartial and effective judicial system, including through the early adoption of the draft statute on magistrates, a penal code and a code on criminal procedures, and the reform of the administration of justice, and appeals to the international community to assist the Government to this end;
5- تحث حكومة كمبوديا على مواصلة اتخاذ التدابير الضرورية لإنشاء نظام قضائي مستقل ونزيه وفعال، بطرق منها القيام في وقت مبكر باعتماد مشروع القانون الخاص بالقضاة، وقانون عقوبات، وقانون للإجراءات الجنائية، فضلاً عن إصلاح إدارة القضاء، وتناشد المجتمع الدولي مساعدة الحكومة على تحقيق ذلك؛

7. urges the Government of Cambodia to strengthen its efforts to tackle the problems related to land by enhancing transparency, giving high priority to the land management and administration reform project and undertaking a review of all land concession contracts and their implementation, and notes with concern the remaining problems of land grabbing, forced evictions and further displacement;
7- تحث حكومة كمبوديا على تعزيز جهودها الرامية إلى حل المشاكل المتصلة بالأراضي عن طريق تعزيز الشفافية وإيلاء أولوية عالية للمشروع المتعلق بإصلاح إدارة وتدبير شؤون الأراضي وإجراء استعراض لجميع العقود الخاصة باحتياز الأراضي وتنفيذها، وتلاحظ مع القلق المشاكل المتبقية فيما يتعلق بانتزاع ملكية الأراضي وعمليات الإخلاء القسري ومواصلة التشريد؛

14. urges the Government of Cambodia to take all steps to prevent racial violence against members of any ethnic group, to combat discrimination in all its manifestations against them and to protect their rights, as well as to meet its obligations as a party to the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, inter alia by seeking technical assistance;
14- تحث حكومة كمبوديا على اتخاذ كافة التدابير لمنع العنف العنصري ضد بعض أفراد المجموعات الإثنية أيا كانت، ومكافحة التمييز بجميع مظاهره ضد هذه المجموعات والعمل على حماية حقوقهم، فضلاً عن الوفاء بالتزاماتها كطرف في الاتفاقية الدولية للقضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز العنصري وذلك بجملة وسائل منها التماس المساعدة التقنية؛
