The representative of the Russian Federation stressed the importance of full implementation of the resolutions establishing language arrangements for the official languages of the United Nations.
وشدد ممثل الاتحاد الروسي على أهمية التنفيذ الكامل للقرارات التي تحدد الترتيبات اللغوية فيما يتعلق بلغات الأمم المتحدة الرسمية.

It requested the SecretaryGeneral " to ensure the strict implementation of the resolutions establishing language arrangements for both the official languages and the working languages of the Secretariat " , and invited " Member States to do likewise " .
وطلبت إلى الأمين العام " أن يكفل التنفيذ التام للقرارات التي تحدد الترتيبات اللغوية سواء بالنسبة للغات الرسمية أو لغتي العمل في الأمانة العامة " ودعت " الدول الأعضاء إلى أن تحذو الحذو نفسه " .

Despite countless resolutions stressing the importance attached by Member States to the strict observance of rules establishing language arrangements for the different organs, several reasons have not always enabled secretariats to provide multilingual services at levels meeting the expectations of all their stakeholders.
ورغم صدور قرارات لا حصر لها تشدد على الأهمية التي توليها الدول الأعضاء للتقيد التام بالقواعد التي تحدد الترتيبات اللغوية للأجهزة المختلفة، فإن أسباباً عديدة لم تمكِّن الأمانات دوماً من أن توفر خدمات متعددة اللغات على مستويات تفي بتوقعات جميع الأطراف صاحبة المصلحة.

1. Requests the Secretary-General to ensure the strict implementation of the resolutions establishing language arrangements for both the official languages and the working languages of the Secretariat, and invites Member States to do likewise;
١ - تطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يكفل التنفيذ الدقيق للقرارات التي تحدد الترتيبات اللغوية سواء بالنسبة للغات الرسمية أو لغتي العمل في اﻷمانة العامة، وتدعو الدول اﻷعضاء إلى أن تحذو الحذو نفسه؛

5. Commends the secretariat on the implementation of the resolutions and rules establishing language arrangements for the official and working languages of the Commission and urges the Executive Secretary to continue efforts to monitor closely the strict implementation, as applicable to the Commission, of General Assembly resolution 61/266;
5 - تشيد بالأمانة لقيامها بتنفيذ القرارات والقواعد التي تحدد الترتيبات اللغوية المتصلة باللغات الرسمية ولغات العمل لدى اللجنة، وتحث الأمينة التنفيذية على مواصلة الجهود الرامية إلى القيام عن كثب برصد التنفيذ الصارم لقرار الجمعية العامة 61/266، حسب انطباقه على اللجنة؛

The Assembly also emphasized the importance of providing access for all Governments and all sectors of civil society to the organization's documentation, archives and data banks in all official languages, and it requested the Secretary-General to ensure the strict implementation of the resolutions establishing language arrangements for both the official and working languages of the Secretariat.
وشددت الجمعية العامة أيضا على أهمية توفير فرص الوصول أمام جميع الحكومات وجميع قطاعات المجتمع المدني إلى وثائق الأمم المتحدة ومحفوظاتها ومصارف بياناتها بجميع اللغات الرسمية. وطلبت إلى الأمين العام أن يكفل التنفيذ الدقيق للقرارات التي تحدد الترتيبات اللغوية سواء بالنسبة للغات الرسمية أو لغتي العمل في الأمانة العامة.
