٢٧ - أضاف قائلا انه يجب على اﻷمانة أن تراعي مبدأ التوزيع الجغرافي العادل في اجراءات التوظيف في اليونيدو ، وفقا لدستورها ، وبذلك تقوي المنظمة طابعها العالمي وتزيد من قدرتها على مواجهة تحديات القرن المقبل .
