The Working Group requested the secretariat to organize at its thirteenth session an in-session workshop on the scale of emission reductions to be achieved by annex I parties in aggregate and the contributions of annex I parties, individually or jointly, to the reductions.

20. As agreed at AWG-KP 11, the scale of emission reductions to be achieved by Annex I Parties (so called " numbers " ) is and will continue to be at the core of the work of the AWG-KP.
