30. In paragraph 3 (d) of the resolution, the Secretariat was requested to explore innovative and practical measures of assistance to the affected third States.
٣٠ - وفي الفقرة ٣ )د( من القرار، طُلب من اﻷمانة العامة استكشاف تدابير ابتكارية وعملية لتقديم مساعدات إلى الدول الثالثة المتضررة.

6. Further requests the Secretary-General to continue, on a regular basis, to collate and coordinate information about international assistance available to third States affected by the implementation of sanctions and to initiate action to explore innovative and practical measures of assistance to the affected third States, inter alia, through cooperation with relevant institutions and organizations inside and outside the United Nations system;
٦ - تطلب كذلك إلى اﻷمين العام أن يواصل، على أساس منتظم، جمع وتنسيق المعلومات المتعلقة بالمساعدات الدولية المتاحة للدول الثالثة المتضررة من تطبيق الجزاءات، والشروع في العمل من أجل استكشاف تدابير ابتكارية وعملية لتقديم مساعدات إلى الدول الثالثة المتضررة عن طريق وسائل من بينها التعاون مع المؤسسات والهيئات المختصة داخل منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة وخارجها؛

(d) The tasks under paragraph 3 (d) of the resolution, namely, the exploration of innovative and practical measures of assistance to the affected third States through cooperation with relevant institutions and organizations inside and outside the United Nations system, would be the responsibility of the Department of Economic and Social Affairs;

46. UNHCR is also in agreement with the expert group’s proposals concerning innovative and practical measures of international assistance to the affected third States and fully endorses the concept of burden-sharing (para. 36).
٤٦ - وأعربت المفوضية أيضا عن اتفاقها في الرأي مع مقترحات فريق الخبراء فيما يتعلق باتخاذ تدابير ابتكارية وعملية لتقديم المساعدة الدولية إلى الدول الثالثة المتضررة، وأيدت بقوة مفهوم تقاسم اﻷعباء )الفقرة ٣٦(.

9. The tasks under paragraph 3 (d), namely, the exploration of innovative and practical measures of assistance to the affected third States through cooperation with relevant institutions and organizations inside and outside the United Nations system, would be the joint responsibility of the Department for Policy Coordination and Sustainable Development and the Department for Economic and Social Information and Policy Analysis.
٩ - وتشترك إدارة تنسيق السياسات والتنمية المستدامة وإدارة المعلومات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية وتحليل السياسات في المسؤولية عن المهام الواردة في إطار الفقرة ٣ )د( وهي: استكشاف تدابير ابتكارية وعملية لتقديم المساعدات إلى الدول الثالثة المتضررة عن طريق التعاون مع المؤسسات والهيئات المختصة داخل منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة وخارجها.

13. With a view to implementing paragraph 6 of General Assembly resolution 51/208, the Secretary-General sought the assistance of relevant institutions and organizations inside and outside the United Nations system6 in order to seek their cooperation in collecting and coordinating information about international economic assistance available to affected third States and to explore innovative and practical measures of assistance to those States.
١٣ - بغية تنفيذ الفقرة ٦ من قرار الجمعية العامة ٥١/٢٠٨، طلب اﻷمين العام المساعدة من المؤسسات والمنظمات ذات الصلة داخل منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة وخارجها)٦(، من أجل الحصول على تعاونها في جمع وتنسيق المعلومات المتعلقة بالمساعدة الاقتصادية الدولية المتاحة للدول الثالثة المتضررة، واستكشاف تدابير ابتكارية وعملية لتقديم المساعدة إلى تلك الدول.
