3. invites Member States and relevant international organizations to intensify their efforts in support of those West African States most affected by the problem of drug trafficking, particularly Guinea-Bissau, bearing in mind the specific dimension of the problem in those States and the urgent need to confront the problem;
3- تدعو الدولَ الأعضاء والمنظمات الدولية ذات الصلة إلى تكثيف جهودها لدعم دول غرب أفريقيا الأكثر تضرّرا من مشكلة الاتجار بالمخدرات، ولا سيما غينيا-بيساو، واضعة نصب أعينها البعد الخاص للمشكلة في تلك الدول والحاجة الماسّة إلى مواجهة تلك المشكلة؛

4. invites Member States to continue to provide the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, preferably in response to the annual report questionnaire, with information on their cooperation activities to address the world drug problem with a view to identifying priority areas in which such cooperation may be strengthened;
4- تدعو الدولَ الأعضاء إلى مواصلة تقديم معلومات إلى مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدِّرات والجريمة، ويُفضَّل أن يكون ذلك عن طريق الرد على الاستبيان الخاص بالتقارير السنوية، عن أنشطتها التعاونية في التصدِّي لمشكلة المخدِّرات العالمية، وذلك بغية تحديد مجالات الأولوية التي يمكن فيها تعزيز هذا التعاون؛

" 7. invites Member States and relevant organizations to cooperate at the global and regional levels with a view to preventing and managing dust/sandstorms, including by sharing related information, forecasting and early warning systems;
" 7 - تدعو الدولَ الأعضاء والمنظمات المختصة إلى التعاون على الصعيدين العالمي والإقليمي من أجل التأهب للعواصف الغبارية/الرملية ومواجهتها بما في ذلك من خلال تبادل المعلومات ذات الصلة التي توفرها نظمُ الإنذار المبكر بالجفاف والتنبؤ به وتقديم معلومات عنه؛

5. invites Member States and relevant regional and international organizations to communicate, to the extent possible, legitimate needs for the use of non-scheduled substances, as identified by the International Narcotics Control Board, in accordance with its mandate, to one another and to the Board, in addition to operational information, in order to promote cooperation and effective coordination;
5- تدعو الدولَ الأعضاء والمنظمات الإقليمية والدولية المعنية إلى أن تبلّغ بعضها بعضاً وأن تبلّغ الهيئة الدولية لمراقبة المخدِّرات، بقدر الإمكان، باحتياجاتها المشروعة بخصوص استعمال المواد غير المجدوَلة، حسبما تحدِّده الهيئة، وفقاً للولاية المسنَدة إليها، إضافة إلى المعلومات الخاصة بالعمليات، بغية تعزيز التعاون والتنسيق الفعَّال؛

8. invites Member States to continue to be engaged in the revision process by submitting to the Secretariat, by 30 September 2013, proposals for revision in the nine areas identified above and to participate actively in the next meeting of the Expert Group, and invites civil society and relevant United Nations bodies to contribute to the process;
8- تدعو الدولَ الأعضاء إلى مواصلة انخراطها في عملية التنقيح عن طريق تقديم مقترحات تنقيحية تخص المجالات التسعة المحدّدة أعلاه إلى الأمانة بحلول 30 أيلول/سبتمبر 2013 وإلى المشاركة على نحو نشيط في الاجتماع القادم لفريق الخبراء، وتدعو المجتمع المدني وهيئات الأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة إلى المساهمة في تلك العملية؛
