١٦ - تدعو الى تقديم تبرعات الى الحساب الفرعي التابع للحساب الخاص لقوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية نقدا وفي شكل خدمات ولوازم تكون مقبولة لدى اﻷمين العام، وتتم ادارتها وفقا للنظام المالي لﻷمم المتحدة؛
