8. invites the Secretary-General to submit to the General Assembly at its fiftieth session a report on the implementation of the present resolution.

" 17. invites the Secretary-General to ensure that adequate resources are provided for the Conference follow-up activities to be carried out by the Secretariat during 1996;
" ١٧ - تدعو اﻷمين العام الى كفالة توفر موارد وافية بالغرض ﻷنشطة متابعة المؤتمر التي ستضطلع بها اﻷمانة العامة خلال عام ١٩٩٦؛

17. invites the Secretary-General to submit proposals to the General Assembly with a view to supplementing, if necessary, the Programme of Action for the Third Decade to Combat Racism and Racial Discrimination;
١٧ - تدعو اﻷمين العام الى تقديم مقترحات الى الجمعية العامة بقصد تكملة برنامج العمل للعقد الثالث لمكافحة العنصرية والتمييز العنصري، اذا اقتضت الضرورة ذلك؛

8. invites the Secretary-General to consult in advance with Member States on their willingness to earmark certain equipment specified by the Secretary-General for immediate sale, loan or donation to the United Nations when required;
٨ - تدعو اﻷمين العام الى التشاور مقدما مع الدول اﻷعضاء بشأن مدى استعدادها لتخصيص معدات بعينها يحددها اﻷمين العام لكي يتم، على أساس فوري، بيعها أو إعارتها أو منحها لﻷمم المتحدة عند الطلب؛

17. invites the Secretary-General to submit proposals to the General Assembly with a view to supplementing, if necessary, the Programme of Action for the Third Decade;
١٧ - تدعو اﻷمين العام الى تقديم مقترحات الى الجمعية العامة بقصد تكملة برنامج العمل للعقد الثالث ، اذا اقتضت الضرورة ذلك؛

3. invites the Secretary-General to convene, in consultation with the Bureau, informal open-ended consultations to exchange views on the draft of the Platform for Action prior to the thirty-ninth session;
٣ - تدعو اﻷمين العام الى أن يدعو، بالتشاور مع مكتب اللجنة، الى عقد مشاورات غير رسمية مفتوحة العضوية لتبادل اﻵراء بشأن مشروع منهاج العمل قبل الدورة التاسعة والثلاثين؛

" 4. invites the Secretary-General to prepare draft guidelines on the operation of the Trust Fund and to present these guidelines to the Security Council for further consideration and adoption;
" ٤ - تدعو اﻷمين العام الى أن يعد مشروع مبادئ توجيهية بشأن تشغيل الصندوق وأن يقدم هذه المبادئ التوجيهية الى مجلس اﻷمن للنظر فيها مرة أخرى وإقرارها؛

٣١ - تدعو اﻷمين العام الى أن يؤمن توافر موارد للعملية التحضيرية وأن يصدر مناشدة من أجل تقديم تبرعات إضافية الى الصندوق الاستئماني للعقد؛

5. invites the Secretary-General to continue to use the United Nations informational organs as widely as possible to promote better understanding among the world public of disarmament problems and the objectives of Disarmament Week;
٥ - تدعو اﻷمين العام الى مواصلة استخدام أجهزة اﻷمم المتحدة لﻹعلام على أوسع نطاق ممكن وذلك من أجل ايجاد تفهم أفضل في أوساط الرأي العام العالمي لمشاكل نزع السلاح وأهداف أسبوع نزع السلاح؛

5. invites the Secretary-General to establish a fund to which voluntary contributions can be made with a view to contributing to the participation of representatives of the least developed countries in the ninth session of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development;
٥ - تدعو اﻷمين العام الى إنشاء صندوق يمكن تقديم التبرعات اليه بغية المساهمة في اشتراك ممثلي أقل البلدان نموا في الدورة التاسعة لمؤتمر اﻷمم المتحدة للتجارة والتنمية؛

4. invites the Secretary-General to submit proposals, taking into account the views expressed by Governments, for the purpose indicated in paragraph 3;
٤ - تدعو اﻷمين العام الى تقديم مقترحات، واضعا في اعتباره اﻵراء التي تعرب عنها الحكومات، من أجل اﻷغراض المبينة في الفقرة ٣؛

2. invites the Secretary-General to inform all States, the Security Council, the International Court of Justice, and the relevant specialized agencies, organizations and organisms, of the adoption of the Declaration;
٢ - تدعو اﻷمين العام الى إبلاغ جميع الدول، ومجلس اﻷمن، ومحكمة العدل الدولية، والوكالات المتخصصة والمنظمات والكيانات ذات الصلة، باعتماد هذا اﻹعلان؛

5. invites the Secretary-General to follow up closely the implementation of the present resolution and the Declaration, and to submit to it at its fiftieth session a report thereon, relating, in particular, to the modalities of implementation of paragraph 10 of the Declaration;
٥ - تدعو اﻷمين العام الى أن يتابع عن كثب تنفيذ هذا القرار واﻹعلان، وأن يقدم اليها، في دورتها الخمسين، تقريــرا في هـذا الشــأن يتعلق، على وجــه الخصــوص، بطــرق تنفيذ الفقــرة ١٠ من اﻹعلان؛
