In accordance with the JI guidelines, paragraphs 4 - 6, the CMP is expected to elect the following to the JISC for a term of two years upon nominations being received from Parties:

Elect one member and one alternate member to the JISC from each of the following, for a term of two years, based on nominations being received from Parties:
(ه) أن ينتخب من كل فئة من الفئات التالية عضواً وعضواً مناوباً في لجنة الإشراف على التنفيذ المشترك لفترة سنتين، استناداً إلى الترشيحات التي ترد من الأطراف:

To develop an enhanced version of the electronic system for reporting in time for the second round of Article 15 Party reporting in 2010, taking into account the suggestions for improvement set out in document UNEP/POPS/COP.4/30 and comments received from Parties.
تطوير نسخة محسنة من النظام الإلكتروني لتقديم التقارير بحيث يتوافق زمنياً مع الجولة الثانية لإعداد الأطراف للتقارير في 2010 بموجب المادة 15، مع مراعاة الاقتراحات الخاصة بالتحسين الواردة في الوثيقة (UNEP/POPS/COP.4/30) والتعليقات التي ترد من الأطراف.

Invites the small intersessional working group on legal clarity to prepare a revised version of the draft glossary including explanations, taking into account the comments received from Parties and others as well as the deliberations of the Open-ended Working Group at its ninth meeting, as reflected in the report of that meeting, and coordinating as appropriate with the expert working group on environmentally sound management;

The Conference also requested the lead country or, if there was no lead country, the Secretariat, in consultation with the small intersessional working group and subject to the availability of funding, to prepare revised draft updated technical guidelines, taking into account the comments received from Parties and others, for consideration by the Open-ended Working Group at its ninth meeting.

4. Also requests the Secretariat to prepare, in consultation with the small intersessional working group, and on the basis of comments received at the eighth meeting of the Open-ended Working group and any additional comments received from Parties and stakeholders referred to in paragraph 3 above, revised draft technical guidelines by 7 December 2012;
4 - يطلب أيضاً إلى الأمانة أن تقوم، بالتشاور مع الفريق المصغر العامل بين الدورات، وعلى أساس التعليقات التي ترد أثناء الاجتماع الثامن للفريق العامل المفتوح العضوية وأي تعليقات إضافية ترد من الأطراف وأصحاب المصلحة المشار إليهم في الفقرة 3 أعلاه، بإعداد مشروع منقح للمبادئ التوجيهية بحلول 31 كانون الثاني/يناير 2013؛

The Committee, a rapporteur or working group may withdraw a request for interim measures at any stage of the proceedings on the basis of information received from the parties concerned in the individual communication, the inquiry procedure or the inter-State communication.
6- ويجوز للجنة أو لمقرر أو فريق عامل سحب طلب اتخاذ التدابير المؤقتة في أي مرحلة من مراحل الإجراءات استناداً إلى معلومات ترد من الأطراف المعنية في البلاغ الفردي أو إجراء التحقيق أو البلاغ المقدم من دولة ضد أخرى.

(b) To request the secretariat to draft the terms of reference for phase two of the survey and evaluation, based on the phase one report and the discussions in the Committee on Science and Technology, as well as possible further inputs from Parties on their expectations of phase two, to be sent to the secretariat no later than 31 December 1999;
(ب) أن يطلب إلى الأمانة تحديد اختصاصات المرحلة الثانية للمسح والتقييم استناداً إلى التقرير المتعلق بالمرحلة الأولى ومناقشات لجنة العلم والتكنولوجيا بالإضافة إلى الرسائل الجديدة التي قد ترد من الأطراف بشأن ما تنتظره من المرحلة الثانية والتي ينبغي أن توجه إلى الأمانة في موعد أقصاه 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1999؛
