(c) Criminalize all acts that constitute offering, delivering or accepting by whatever means a child for the purpose of his/her sexual exploitation;

(b) Make more efforts to effectively prosecute the sexual exploitation of children, including by criminalizing all acts that constitute offering, delivering or accepting by whatever means a child for the purpose of his/her sexual exploitation;
(ب) بذل مزيد من الجهود لمقاضاة استغلال الأطفال جنسياً بصورة فعالة، بما في ذلك تجريم جميع الأعمال التي يدخل فيها عرض طفل أو تسليمه أو قبوله بأي وسيلة كانت لأغراض استغلاله جنسياً؛

(a) The sale of children by offering, delivering or accepting, by whatever means, a child for the purpose of sexual exploitation, transfer of organs of the child for profit, or engagement of the child in forced labour or improperly inducing consent, as an intermediary, for the adoption of a child in violation of the applicable legal instrument on adoption;
(أ) بيع الأطفال عن طريق عرض طفل أو تسليمه أو قبوله بأي طريقة كانت لغرض الاستغلال الجنسي أو نقل أعضاء الطفل توخياً للربح أو استغلاله للعمل في السخرة أو الاستدراج غير المشروع، كوسيط، للموافقة على تبني طفل على نحو ينتهك الصك القانوني المتعلق بالتبني؛
