6- تشدد على أن جميع أشكال العنف ضد المرأة إنما تندرج في إطار التمييز ضد المرأة بحكم القانون وبحكم الواقع وفي إطار تدنّي مكانة المرأة في المجتمع، وأنها تتفاقم بفعل العوائق التي كثيراً ما تصادفها المرأة لدى التماسها سبل الانتصاف من الدولة؛
