تود جمهورية ألمانيا الاتحادية أن توضح ما يلي فيما يتعلق بالإعلانات التي قدمتها الجزائر عند ايداع صك تصديقها على العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية الصادر في 16 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1966 والعهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية الصادر في 16 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1966:

(a) States parties that have not submitted any report at all since ratification of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights and its entry into force;
(أ) الدول الأطراف التي لم تقدم أي تقرير على الإطلاق منذ تصديقها على العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية ودخوله حيز النفاذ؛

53. 73. France commended the efforts of the Bahamas including ratification of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, and signing the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment (CAT).
