In applying the provisions of this Part of the Convention Governments shall respect the special importance for the cultures and spiritual values of the peoples concerned of their relationship with the lands or territories, or both as applicable, which they occupy or otherwise use, and in particular the collective aspects of this relationship.
1- تحترم الحكومات، عن تطبيق أحكام هذا الجزء من الاتفاقية، ما تتصف به علاقة الشعوب المعنية بالأراضي أو الأقاليم، أو بكليهما، حسب الحالة، التي تشغلها أو تنتفع منها بطريقة أخرى، وخاصة الاعتبارات الجماعية في هذه العلاقة، من أهمية خاصة بالنسبة إلى ثقافات هذه الشعوب وقيمها الروحية.

Article 7 Disputes arising from the application of this Act shall, in respect of the private sector, be referred to the jurisdiction competent with regard to contracts of service and, in respect of the public sector, to the Council of State, Disputes Committee.
المادة ٧ - تعرض النزاعات الناشئة عن تطبيق أحكام هذا القانون، فيما يتعلق بالقطاع الخاص، على السلطة القضائية المختصة في عقود استئجار الخدمات، وفيما يتعلق بالقطاع العام، على لجنة المنازعات التابعة لمجلس الدولة.
