13. also calls upon States to facilitate the effective participation of representatives of nongovernmental organizations and persons belonging to minorities in the work of the Working Group, and invites the High Commissioner to seek voluntary contributions in this regard;
13- تطلب أيضاً إلى الدول أن تيسر لممثلي المنظمات غير الحكومية وللأشخاص المنتمين إلى أقليات المشاركة على نحو فعال في أعمال الفريق العامل المعني بالأقليات، وتدعو المفوضة السامية إلى التماس تبرعات في هذا الصدد؛

10. also requests States, in consultation with relevant national bodies, including national human rights institutions, to develop and support appropriate mechanisms to monitor and enforce HIV/AIDSrelated human rights;
