4. requests the Secretary-General to ensure that appropriate account is taken of the GLOBE initiative in the efforts of the United Nations system to support the implementation of Agenda 21, particularly in the coordinating functions of the Inter-agency Committee on Sustainable Development of the Administrative Committee on Coordination;
٤ - تطلب الى اﻷمين العام أن يكفل إيلاء الاعتبار المناسب لمبادرة برنامج غلوب في الجهود التي تبذلها منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة لدعم تنفيذ جدول أعمال القرن ٢١، ولا سيما في مجال تنسيق مهام اللجنة المشتركة بين الوكالات المعنية بالتنمية المستدامة التابعة للجنة التنسيق اﻹدارية؛

5. requests the Secretary-General to ensure that productivity gains will not have a negative impact on his obligations under Article 101, paragraph 3, of the Charter of the United Nations to recruit staff on as wide a geographical basis as possible, even on a temporary basis;
٥ - تطلب الى اﻷمين العام أن يكفل ألا ترتب المكاسب في الانتاجية أثرا سلبيا على التزاماته بموجب الفقرة ٣، من المادة ١٠١ من ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة باستخدام الموظفين على أوسع نطاق جغرافي ممكن، وحتى على أساس مؤقت؛

5. requests the Secretary-General to ensure that productivity gains will not have a negative impact on his obligations, under Article 101, paragraph 3, of the Charter of the United Nations, to recruit staff on as wide a geographical basis as possible, even on a temporary basis;
