20. requests the Secretary-General to provide all necessary resources to the Special Rapporteur, taking into account the operational plan for the human rights field operation in Rwanda and the need to deploy a sufficient number of human rights field officers to assist the Special Rapporteur to fulfil his mandate;
٠٢- تطلب الى اﻷمين العام أن يوفر ما يلزم من الموارد للمقرر الخاص، آخذاً بعين الاعتبار الخطة التنفيذية للعملية الميدانية الخاصة بحقوق اﻹنسان في رواندا وضرورة وزع عدد كاف من أخصائيي حقوق اﻹنسان الميدانيين لمساعدة المقرر الخاص على أداء ولايته؛

7. requests the Secretary-General to provide appropriate staff and resources from within the existing and future regular budgets of the United Nations, to enable the High Commissioner to fulfil his/her mandate, without diverting resources from the development programmes and activities of the United Nations;
٧ - تطلب الى اﻷمين العام أن يوفر ما يلزم من الموظفين والموارد من داخل الميزانية الحالية والميزانيات المقبلة لﻷمم المتحدة لتمكين المفوض السامي من أداء ولايته، دون تحويل للموارد من برامج اﻷمم المتحدة وأنشطتها اﻹنمائية؛
