٩ - تطلب كذلك الى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم الى الجمعية العامة، في دورتها الثالثة والخمسين، تقريرا عن الاجراءات المتخذة لتنفيذ هذا القرار؛

" 12. further requests the Secretary-General to prepare a compilation in the format of a note by the Secretary-General, of all texts of principles, guidelines or recommendations on subject items that have been unanimously adopted by the Disarmament Commission since its inception in 1978;
" ١٢ - تطلب كذلك الى اﻷمين العام أن يقوم بإعداد مجموعة، في شكل مذكرة من اﻷمين العام، من جميع نصوص المبادئ أو التوصيات أو المبادئ التوجيهية المتعلقة بالبنود التي اعتمدتها هيئة نزع السلاح باﻹجماع منذ إنشائها في عام ١٩٧٨؛

2. further requests the Secretary-General to ensure that the draft of the Platform for Action be made available in all languages at least six weeks before the beginning of the thirty-ninth session;
٢ - تطلب كذلك الى اﻷمين العام أن يكفل تقديم مشروع منهاج العمل بجميع اللغات قبل بداية الدورة التاسعة والثلاثين بستة أسابيع على اﻷقل؛

4. further requests the Secretary-General to review the resources allocated to the implementation of the New Agenda and to submit proposals for additional resources in the context of the proposed programme budget for the biennium 1996-1997;
٤ - تطلب كذلك الى اﻷمين العام أن يستعرض الموارد المخصصة لتنفيذ برنامج العمل الجديد وأن يقدم مقترحات بشأن رصــد موارد إضافية في سياق الميزانية البرنامجية المقترحة لفترة السنتين ١٩٩٦-١٩٩٧؛

4. further requests the Secretary-General to make recommendations to the General Assembly at its forty-ninth session regarding arrangements for further sessions of the Committee until the first meeting of the Conference of the Parties;
٤ - تطلب كذلك الى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم توصيات الى الجمعية العامة في دورتها التاسعة واﻷربعين بشأن الترتيبات المتعلقة بالدورات اللاحقة التي تُعقد للجنة الى حين انعقاد الاجتماع اﻷول لمؤتمر اﻷطراف؛

7. further requests the Secretary-General to report to the General Assembly at its fifty-third session, under the item entitled " Review and implementation of the Concluding Document of the Twelfth Special Session of the General Assembly " , on the activities of the United Nations Regional Centre for Peace and Disarmament in Africa, and on the implementation of the present resolution.
٧ - تطلب كذلك الى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم الى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الثالثة والخمسين، في إطار البند المعنون " استعراض وتنفيذ وثيقة اختتام دورة الجمعية العامة الثانية عشرة " ، تقريرا عن أنشطة مركز اﻷمم المتحدة اﻹقليمي للسلم ونزع السلاح في افريقيا وعن تنفيذ هذا القرار.

" 12. further requests the Secretary-General, in commemoration of the fiftieth anniversary of the United Nations, to prepare a compilation, in the format of a note by the Secretary-General, of all texts of principles, guidelines or recommendations on subject items that have been unanimously adopted by the Disarmament Commission since its inception in 1978 "
" ١٢ - تطلب كذلك الى اﻷمين العام أن يقوم، احتفالا بالذكرى السنوية الخمسين ﻹنشاء اﻷمم المتحدة، بإعداد مجموعة، في شكل مذكرة من اﻷمين العام، من جميع نصوص المبادئ أو التوصيات أو المبادئ التوجيهية المتعلقة بالبنود التي اعتمدتها هيئة نزع السلاح باﻹجماع منذ إنشائها في عام ١٩٧٨ " .

16. further requests the Secretary-General to submit each year to the Economic and Social Council a detailed report on all activities of United Nations bodies and the specialized agencies containing an analysis of information received on such activities to combat racism and racial discrimination;
١٦ - تطلب كذلك الى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم الى المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي تقريرا سنويا مفصلا عن جميع أنشطة هيئات اﻷمم المتحدة والوكالات المتخصصة يتضمن تحليلا للمعلومات الواردة عن أنشطة مكافحة العنصرية والتمييز العنصري هذه؛

3. Paragraph 15 of the draft resolution read: “further requests the Secretary-General to make available the necessary resources for the participation of the least developed countries in the regional preparatory meetings for the Tenth Congress and the Congress itself, in accordance with past practice”.
٣ - وقال إن الفقرة ١٥ من مشروع القرار تنص على ما يلي: " تطلب كذلك الى اﻷمين العام أن يتيح ما يلزم من الموارد لمشاركة أقل البلدان نموا في الاجتماعات اﻹقليمية التحضيرية للمؤتمر العاشر وفي المؤتمر ذاته، وفقا للممارسة المتبعة في الماضي " .

7. further requests the Secretary-General to report to the General Assembly at its fifty-third session, under the item entitled " Review and implementation of the Concluding Document of the Twelfth Special Session of the General Assembly " , on the activities of the United Nations Regional Centre for Peace and Disarmament in Africa, and on the implementation of the present resolution.
٧ - تطلب كذلك الى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم الى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الثالثة والخمسين، في إطار البند المعنون " استعراض وتنفيذ وثيقة اختتام دورة الجمعية العامة الثانية عشرة " ، تقريرا عن أنشطة )٠١( انظر A/51/403. مركز اﻷمم المتحدة اﻹقليمي للسلم ونزع السلاح في افريقيا وعن تنفيذ هذا القرار.

10. further requests the Secretary-General to revise and finalize the draft model legislation for the guidance of Governments in the enactment of further legislation against racial discrimination, in the light of comments made by members of the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination at its fortieth and forty-first sessions and to publish and distribute the text as soon as possible;
١٠ - تطلب كذلك الى اﻷمين العام أن يقوم بتنقيح وإنجاز مشروع التشريع النموذجي لتسترشد به الحكومات في سن المزيد من التشريعات لمناهضة التمييز العنصري، وذلك في ضوء التعليقات التي أبداها أعضاء لجنة القضاء على التمييز العنصري في دورتيها اﻷربعين والحادية واﻷربعين، وأن يقوم بنشر وتوزيع النص في أقرب وقت ممكن؛
