Acknowledging the progress achieved under the Ad Hoc Working Group on Long-term Cooperative Action under the Convention in enhancing action on adaptation to the adverse effects of climate change through the establishment of the Cancun Adaptation Framework,
وإذ يسلم بالتقدم الذي تحقق في إطار الفريق العامل المخصص المعني بالعمل التعاوني الطويل الأجل بموجب الاتفاقية في تعزيز إجراءات التكيف مع الآثار الضارة الناجمة عن تغير المناخ من خلال وضع إطار كانكون للتكيف،

The COP in its decision 1/CP.16 established the Cancun Adaptation Framework with the objective of enhancing action on adaptation.
3- أنشأ مؤتمر الأطراف، بموجب مقرره 1/م أ-16، إطار كانكون للتكيف، بهدف تعزيز إجراءات التكيف.

7. The COP, at its sixteenth session, established the Cancun Adaptation Framework (CAF), with the objective of enhancing action on adaptation under the Convention.
7- أنشأ مؤتمر الأطراف، في دورته السادسة عشرة، إطار كانكون المتعلق بالتكيف() بهدف تعزيز إجراءات التكيف بموجب الاتفاقية.

4. Invites all Parties to enhance adaptation action under the Adaptation Framework [for Implementation] taking into account their common but differentiated responsibilities and respective capabilities, and specific national and regional development priorities, objectives and circumstances, [and whereby developing country Parties shall be supported by developed country Parties and in accordance with paragraph 6 below], to undertake, inter alia:
4- يدعو جميع الأطراف إلى تعزيز إجراءات التكيف بموجب الإطار [التنفيذي] للتكيف، مع مراعاة مسؤولياتها المشتركة وإن كانت متباينة وقدرات كل منها، والأولويات والأهداف والظروف الإنمائية الوطنية والإقليمية المحددة، [على أن تتلقى البلدان النامية الأطراف الدعم من البلدان المتقدمة الأطراف وفقاً للفقرة 6 أدناه]، للاضطلاع في جملة أمور بما يلي:

(b) The Adaptation Committee, in a letter dated 4 July 2013, expressed its willingness to collaborate with the CGE, with a view to enhancing action on adaptation under the Convention.
