600. The Committee recommends that the State party continue its efforts towards the dissemination of information on the provisions of the Optional Protocol within Syrian society, especially among children, parents and other caregivers and professionals working with and for children.
600- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بمواصلة جهودها الرامية إلى نشر المعلومات حول أحكام البروتوكول الاختياري في أوساط المجتمع السوري، ولا سيما في صفوف الأطفال والآباء والقائمين على الرعاية والفئات المهنية التي تعمل مع الأطفال ومن أجلهم.

10. The Committee recommends that the State party continue its efforts towards the dissemination of information on the provisions of the Optional Protocol within Syrian society, especially among children, parents and other caregivers and professionals working with and for children.

20. The Committee recommends that the State party strengthen its efforts to systematically disseminate information about the Convention among children, their parents and other caregivers and all relevant professional groups working with and for children.
20- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بتعزيز جهودها الرامية إلى نشر المعلومات عن الاتفاقية بصورة منهجية لدى الأطفال ووالديهم ومقدمي الرعاية الآخرين وسائر الجماعات المهنية ذات الصلة التي تعمل مع الأطفال ومن أجلهم.

In particular, the Committee recommends that the State party involve NGOs, especially rights-based ones, and other sectors of civil society working with and for children more systematically throughout all stages of the implementation of the Convention.

It regrets that professional groups working with and for children, including members of the Child Protection Committees, civil servants working on children's rights at the Ministries of Health, Justice, Social Solidarity, and Interior, police, social workers, judges and prosecutors, do not receive adequate and targeted training specifically on the provisions of the Optional Protocol.

The State party is encouraged to continue to strengthen more systematically its cooperation with civil society, in particular rights-based non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and other sectors of civil society working with and for children, throughout all stages of the implementation of the Convention.
وتحث الدولةَ الطرفَ على مواصلة تعزيز تعاونها بشكل أكثر تنظيماً، خلال جميع مراحل تنفيذ الاتفاقية، مع المجتمع المدني، وبخاصة المنظمات الحقوقية غير الحكومية وغيرها من قطاعات المجتمع المدني التي تعمل مع الأطفال ومن أجلهم.

The Committee also recommends the reinforcement of adequate and systematic training and/or sensitization of professional groups working with and for children, such as judges; lawyers; law enforcement personnel; teachers; school administrators; health personnel, including psychologists and social workers; and personnel of childcare institutions.
وتوصي اللجنة كذلك بتعزيز التدريب الملائم والمنتظم و/أو توعية المجموعات المهنية التي تعمل مع الأطفال ومن أجلهم، مثل القضاة والمحامين والأشخاص المكلفين بإنفاذ القانون، والمعلمين ومديري المدارس، والموظفين الصحيين، بمن فيهم علماء النفس والعاملون الاجتماعيون، والموظفون في مؤسسات رعاية الطفل.

507. The Committee recommends that the State party ensure that the Ministry for National Education and Sport is provided with adequate financial, human and material resources to effectively carry out its responsibilities in the coordination of policy, and that appropriate mechanisms for consultation and coordination are set up among the ministries and between all levels of government working with and for children.
507- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تضمن لوزارة التربية الوطنية والرياضة الموارد المالية والبشرية والمادية الكافية حتى تتمكن من القيام بمسؤولياتها في تنسيق السياسة، وكذلك إنشاء آليات التشاور والتنسيق الملائمة فيما بين الوزارات وبين جميع مستويات الحكومة التي تعمل مع الأطفال ومن أجلهم.

552. The Committee encourages the State party to strengthen its cooperation with NGOs and involve NGOs and other sectors of civil society working with and for children more systematically throughout all stages of the implementation of the Convention.
552- وتُشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف على تعزيز تعاونها مع المنظمات غير الحكومية وعلى إشراك هذه المنظمات وغيرها من قطاعات المجتمع المدني التي تعمل مع الأطفال ومن أجلهم على نحو أكثر منهجية خلال جميع مراحل تنفيذ الاتفاقية.

108. The Committee encourages the State party to continue and strengthen its efforts to provide adequate and systematic training and sensitization on children's rights for professional groups working with and for children, with particular attention to law enforcement officers, prosecutors and judges.
108- وتُشجِّع اللجنة الدولة الطرف على مواصلة وتعزيز جهودها لتوفير التدريب والتوعية الكافيين والمنهجيين، بشأن حقوق الأطفال، لصالح الفئات المهنية التي تعمل مع الأطفال ومن أجلهم، مع إيلاء عنايةٍ خاصةٍ للمسؤولين عن إنفاذ القوانين والمدعين العامين والقضاة.

537. The Committee recommends that the State party strengthen its cooperation with NGOs by involving more systematically NGOs and other sectors of civil society working with and for children throughout all stages of the implementation of the Convention.
537- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بتعزيز تعاونها مع المنظمات غير الحكومية بإشراك هذه المنظمات وغيرها من قطاعات المجتمع المدني التي تعمل مع الأطفال ومن أجلهم إشراكاً أكثر منهجية في جميع مراحل تنفيذ الاتفاقية.

223. The Committee recommends that the State party increase its level of cooperation with the NGO sector and other sectors of civil society working with and for children in Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as establish a permanent channel of communication to facilitate this cooperation.
223- وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن ترتقي بمستوى تعاونها مع قطاع المنظمات غير الحكومية وغيره من قطاعات المجتمع المدني الأخرى التي تعمل مع الأطفال ومن أجلهم في البوسنة والهرسك، وأن تنشئ قناة دائمة للاتصال بغية تيسير هذا التعاون.
