In all cases, the Department of Labour Inspection in Beirut and the provinces shall be responsible for monitoring the activity of recruitment offices and must submit a detailed report on each office every six months.

In this regard, the Committee also recommends that the State party ratify ILO Conventions No. 174 (1993) concerning the Prevention of Major Industrial Accidents and No. 81 (1947) concerning Labour Inspection in Industry and Commerce.

63. Japan ratified the ILO Convention No. 81 (Convention concerning Labour Inspection in Industry and Commerce) in October 1953, and has implemented labour standards administrative activities based on this Convention.

In this connection, the Committee recommends that the State party consider ratifying ILO Convention No. 81 (1947) concerning Labour Inspection in Industry and Commerce.

The Committee recommends that the State party intensify its efforts to combat child labour, including through labour inspections in agriculture and the informal sector, ensuring that employers exploiting child labour are held accountable.
توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بتكثيف جهودها لمكافحة عمل الأطفال، بوسائل منها تفتيش العمل في قطاع الزراعة والقطاع غير الرسمي، بما يكفل مساءلة أرباب العمل الذين يستغلون عمل الأطفال.

Organization-wise, the Labour Inspection of the Republic of Serbia has been part of the Labour Inspection Department of the Ministry of Labour and Employment of the Republic of Serbia since 1992 and is subdivided into the Division of Labour Inspection for Job Safety and the Section of Labour Inspection for Labour Relations.
