وواضح أن إسرائيــــل لو كانت جادة في السعي من أجل السلام مع الفلسطينيين، فإن وقف الأنشطة الاستيطانية فورا، ثم تفكيك المستوطنات القائمة يكون عملا إيجابيا حقا نحو تخفيف التوتر، وهو خطوة عملية نحو إيجاد حل سلمي للمشكلة.
