١٠ - تطلب الى الدول اﻷطراف أن تفي بالتزاماتها بموجب الفقرة ١ من المادة ٩ من الاتفاقية، وأن تقدم، في الوقت المطلوب، تقاريرها الدورية بشأن ما اتخذته من تدابير لتنفيذ الاتفاقية، وأن تسدد اشتراكاتها المستحقة الدفع، وأن تقوم، إن أمكن ذلك، بتسديد اشتراكاتها لعام ١٩٩٤ قبل ١ شباط/فبراير ١٩٩٤، وذلك لتمكين اللجنة من عقد اجتماعاتها بصفة منتظمة؛

the General Assembly took note with appreciation of the report of the Committee on the work of its forty-eighth and forty-ninth sessions; commended the Committee for its work with regard to the implementation of the Convention; and called upon States parties to fulfil their obligation, under article 9, paragraph 1, of the Convention, to submit in due time their periodic reports on measures taken to implement the Convention (resolution 51/80).
أحاطت الجمعية العامة علما مع التقدير بتقرير اللجنة عن أعمال دورتيها الثامنة واﻷربعين والتاسعة واﻷربعين؛ وأثنت على اللجنة لما قامت به من عمل فيما يتعلق بتنفيذ الاتفاقية وطلبت إلى الدول اﻷطراف أن تفي بالتزاماتها بموجب الفقرة ١ من المادة ٩ من الاتفاقية وأن تقدم في الوقت المحدد تقاريرها الدورية بشأن ما اتخذته من تدابير لتنفيذ الاتفاقية )القرار ٥١/٨٠(.
