The Secretary-General should also be requested to provide, in future annual progress reports, full details on the efforts made to contain costs, as well as project expenditures incurred and justifications for the utilization of resources (see para. 72 above).

11 - تشجع مكتب خدمات الرقابة الداخلية على أن يواصل تضمين تحليلاته الواردة في تقاريره السنوية المقبلة الاتجاهات العامة والتحديات الاستراتيجية التي تنشأ بمرور الوقت فيما يتعلق بالرقابة الداخلية في الأمم المتحدة، بما في ذلك تقديم معلومات مستكملة عن جميع التوصيات الحاسمة الأهمية ومع مراعاة فئة المخاطر والتاريخ المقرر للتنفيذ وتحديد المكتب المعني الذي تتعين مساءلته عن هذا التنفيذ؛

13. Underlines that the overall qualitative and quantitative benefits related to the Umoja project, which were identified in the first and second progress reports, remain valid, regrets the delay in the realization of these benefits, and repeats its request to the Secretary-General to maximize benefits and to provide enhanced clarity and precision as to their scope and budgetary significance in future annual reports;
13 - تؤكد أن الفوائد العامة النوعية والكمية المقترنة بمشروع أوموجا التي حُدّدت في التقريرين المرحليين الأول والثاني() لا تزال ذات وجاهة وتأسف للتأخّر في تحقيق تلك الفوائد، وتكرر طلبها إلى الأمين العام أن يعمل على تحقيق الحد الأقصى من الفوائد وأن يُعنى في تقاريره السنوية المقبلة بزيادة إيضاحها وتحسين دقتها من حيث نطاقها وأهميتها الميزانوية؛
