SUBMISSIONS The Committee shall receive, through the secretariat, questions of implementation indicated in reports of expert review teams under Article 8 of the Protocol, together with any written comments by the Party which is subject to the report, or questions of implementation submitted by:

In considering the reports of the expert review teams in accordance with Article 8, paragraphs 5 and 6 of the Protocol, identify any general problems that should be addressed in the general policy guidance referred to in subparagraph (c) below;
(أ) القيام، أثناء بحث تقارير أفرقة خبراء الاستعراض وفقاً للفقرتين 5 و6 من المادة 8 من البروتوكول، بتحديد أي مشاكل عامة ينبغي التصدي لها في إرشادات السياسة العامة المشار إليها في الفقرة الفرعية (ج) أدناه؛

The branch will also consider how it could make use of the wealth of information found in the expert review team reports forwarded to members and alternate members of the Compliance Committee pursuant to section VI, paragraph 3, of the procedures and mechanisms, to the extent that the information is relevant to the mandate of the branch.
