55. The United Nations-Government Coordination Mechanism for Children and Armed Conflict in the Sudan was established in 2008 to initiate dialogue and address the recommendations contained in the reports of the Secretary-General on children and armed conflict in the Sudan.

(i) That the full implementation of an action plan in line with Security Council resolutions 1539 (2004) and 1612 (2005), confirmed by the United Nations Task Force on Monitoring and Reporting, is a step to take for a party to conflict to be de-listed from the annexes to the reports of the Secretary-General on children and armed conflict;

In its resolution 1882 (2009), the Council required parties to armed conflict engaging in patterns of killing and maiming of children and/or rape and other sexual violence against children to be listed in the annexes to the reports of the Secretary-General on children in armed conflict.
ففي القرار 1882 (2009)، طلب المجلس أن تشير مرفقات تقارير الأمين العام عن الأطفال في النزاعات المسلحة إلى الأطراف التي ترتكب أعمال قتل الأطفال وتشويههم و/أو اغتصابهم أو تمارس أشكالا أخرى من العنف الجنسي ضدهم.

4. At its 21st meeting, on 1 July 2009, the Working Group adopted conclusions with respect to the reports of the Secretary-General on children and armed conflict in Afghanistan (S/2008/695), in the Central African Republic (S/2009/66) and in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (S/2008/693).

(e) Emphasizing that the Working Group will closely monitor, through the reports of the Secretary-General on children and armed conflict, compliance with Security Council resolutions 1612 (2005) and 1882 (2009) by LRA, until there is complete release of children associated with it and no more patterns of rape and other sexual violence and killing and maiming of children.
و (هـ) يؤكد أن الفريق العامل سيرصد عن كثب، من خلال تقارير الأمين العام عن الأطفال والنزاع المسلح، مدى امتثال جيش الرب للمقاومة لقراري مجلس الأمن 1612 (2005) و 1882 (2009)، إلى أن يجري إطلاق سراح الأطفال المرتبطين به بشكل كامل، وينعدم الاغتصاب بأنماطه وغيره من أشكال العنف الجنسي وأعمال قتل الأطفال وتشويههم.

(ii) That the Working Group will closely monitor, through the reports of the Secretary-General on children and armed conflict, progress on eliminating the violations and abuses set out in Security Council resolutions 1612 (2005) and 1882 (2009) by all parties to the conflict in the Philippines, until there is a complete release and reintegration of children associated with them and full implementation of action plans;
' 2` أن الفريق العامل، سيرصد عن كثب، من خلال تقارير الأمين العام عن الأطفال والنزاع المسلح، ما تحرزه جميع أطراف النزاع في الفلبين من تقدم في وضع حد للانتهاكات والاعتداءات المبينة في قراري مجلس الأمن 1612 (2005) و 1882 (2009)، حتى يتم الإفراج إفراجا كاملا عن الأطفال المتضررين منها وإعادة إدماجهم وحتى يتم التنفيذ الكامل لخطط العمل؛

(d) Emphasizing that the Working Group will closely monitor, through the reports by the Secretary-General on children and armed conflict, compliance with Security Council resolution 1612 (2005) by all parties in situations of armed conflict listed in the annexes to the reports of the Secretary-General on children and armed conflict, until there is complete release of children associated with them and full implementation of action plans;
(د) ويشدّد على أن الفريق العامل سيرصد عن كثب، عن طريق تقارير الأمين العام عن الأطفال والنـزاع المسلح، مدى الامتثال لقرار مجلس الأمن 1612 (2005) من جانب جميع الأطراف في حالات النـزاع المسلح الواردة في مرفقات تقارير الأمين العام عن الأطفال والنـزاع المسلّح، إلى أن يُفرَج عن جميع الأطفال المرتبطين بتلك الأطراف وتُنفذ خطط العمل بشكل كامل؛

2. Reaffirms that the monitoring and reporting mechanism will continue to be implemented in situations listed in the annexes to the reports of the Secretary-General on children and armed conflict in line with the principles set out in paragraph 2 of its resolution 1612 (2005) and that its establishment and implementation shall not prejudge or imply a decision by the Security Council as to whether or not to include a situation on its agenda;
2 - يعيد تأكيد أن آلية الرصد والإبلاغ سيستمر تنفيذها في الحالات المدرجة في مرفقات تقارير الأمين العام عن الأطفال والنزاع المسلح وفقاً للمبادئ الواردة في الفقرة 2 من قراره 1612 (2005) وأن إنشاءها وتنفيذها لا يفترض مسبقا أو يعني ضمنيا اتخاذ مجلس الأمن لقرار بشأن إدراج إحدى الحالات في جدول أعماله أم لا؛

(i) Emphasizing also that the Working Group will closely monitor, through the reports of the Secretary-General on children and armed conflict, compliance with Security Council resolution 1612 (2005) by all parties in situations of armed conflict listed in the annexes to the reports of the Secretary-General on children and armed conflict until there is complete release of children associated with them and full implementation of action plans;
(ط) ويؤكّد أيضا أن الفريق العامل سيرصد عن كثب، من خلال تقارير الأمين العام عن الأطفال والنـزاع المسلح، الامتثال لقرار مجلس الأمن 1612 (2005) من جانب جميع الأطراف في حالات النـزاع المسلح المدرجة في القوائم الواردة في مرفقات تقارير الأمين العام عن الأطفال والنـزاع المسلح حتى تُتمّ الإفراج عن الأطفال المرتبطين بها وتنفذ خطط العمل تنفيذا كاملا؛

(b) Expressed the commitment of her Government to endorse and implement the conclusions of the Working Group (see S/AC.51/2007/4, S/AC.51/2007/17 and S/AC.51/2009/3) and to implement the recommendations contained in the reports of the Secretary-General on children and armed conflict in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (see S/2006/389, S/2007/391, S/2008/693 and S/2010/369);

In the reporting period, the Working Group considered reports of the Secretary-General on children and armed conflict in the Sudan (S/2011/413), Sri Lanka (S/2011/793), Colombia (S/2012/171), Myanmar (S/2013/258) and Yemen (S/2013/383) and a report on the situation of children and armed conflict affected by the Lord's Resistance Army (S/2012/365).
