The Committee regrets the lack of detailed information provided by the State party, including statistics, on the number of complaints of torture and ill-treatment and results of all the proceedings, both at the penal and disciplinary levels, and their outcomes.

While welcoming the programmes undertaken by the State party on the causes and prevention of disabilities, the Committee is concerned at the low number of disabled children attending school and the lack of information provided by the State party on attempts to integrate disabled children into the mainstream school system since the consideration of the initial report.
488- ترحب اللجنة بالبرامج التي تضطلع بها الدولة الطرف بشأن أسباب الإعاقة ومنعها، لكنها تشعر بالقلق إزاء العدد المتدني للأطفال المعوقين المسجلين في المدارس وعدم تقديم الدولة الطرف معلومات عن المساعي التي بذلتها لإدماج الأطفال المعوقين في صلب النظام المدرسي منذ النظر في التقرير الأولي.

233. The Committee is concerned about the lack of information provided by the State party, on trafficking and sexual exploitation, especially of women and girls, as well as on the concrete measures adopted to prevent such phenomena.
