12- فيما لو تأخر بدء النظر في المعلومات من جانب فريق خبراء الاستعراض بسبب تقديم الطرف إخطاراً قبل مدة أقصر من تلك الواردة في الفقرة 9، جاز لفريق خبراء الاستعراض تمديد المهلة الزمنية الواردة في الفقرة 10(أ) لتغطية الفارق الزمني بين فترة الإخطار المحددة في الفقرة 9 والإخطار الفعلي المقدم من الطرف.

Noting with appreciation [the Party's] submission [, in accordance with recommendation /- or decision -/-], of a plan of action for returning to compliance with the Protocol's [ODS] control measures by [date];

Also to note with appreciation the Party's submission of a plan of action for returning to compliance with the Protocol's control measures for those substances;

The recommendation had also noted with appreciation the Party's submission of a plan of action for phasing out methyl chloroform consumption, in accordance with decision XVI/20, and had agreed to forward to the Seventeenth Meeting of the Parties for its consideration the draft decision set forth in section C of annex I to the present report, which incorporated Bangladesh's plan of action.
