1.13 In its supplementary report (at page 4), El Salvador states that its domestic legislation " contains only legal provisions of a general nature for the investigation of terrorist acts " .

1.11 In its reply to paragraph 3 (d) of the resolution, the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya indicates in its first report (at page 11) that it has acceded to or ratified seven of the 12 international instruments related to the prevention and suppression of international terrorism. It also indicates in its supplementary report (at pages 10 and 11) that it will deposit the ratification instruments for the remaining five conventions as soon as possible.

8. Pursuant to a request formulated by the Government of Afghanistan in its supplementary report to the Counter-Terrorism Committee (S/2003/353) and in coordination with the Afghan authorities, UNODC sent a technical assistance mission to Kabul from 5 to 12 June 2004 to provide advice to the Afghan authorities on legislative measures needed to combat terrorism and transnational organized crime.
