37 - توصي اللجنة الاستشارية، إذ تضع في اعتبارها الفقرة 55 من تقريرها العام بشأن عمليات حفظ السلام المؤرخ 22 نيسان/أبريل 2005 (A/59/736) التي أشارت فيها إلى أن الإجراء السليم في الميزنة يقتضي أن يؤدي الموظفون الذين يشغلون وظائف ثابتة المهام المستمرة، بالموافقة على الوظائف الجديدة المقترحة وعددها 161 وظيفة من فئة الخدمات العامة الوطنية في إطار عنصر الدعم.
